Is the Vail Residences Guest Authorization Form free?

Yes. Sign up free and get 50 credits (10 forms), plus 5 free credits every month. After that it's ₱20 per form, paid with GCash.

How early should I submit the form to Vail Residences?

The standard Greenmist form says it should be submitted at least one (1) day before your guest arrives, and guests may not move in until the Property Manager acknowledges it. Ask your PMO if your building needs more time.

What do my guests need?

At least one valid ID per guest (a passport copy for foreign guests). If someone else submits for the owner, they need a Special Power of Attorney (SPA).

Can I attach my guests’ IDs?

Yes. Add ID photos while filling in the form and each one becomes an extra page in the PDF. ID photos are never stored on our servers.

Is this the official Vail Residences form?

It follows the standard Guest Authorization Form used in Greenmist-managed SMDC buildings, with Vail Residences in the header. This site is not affiliated with SMDC or Greenmist, so confirm the requirements with your PMO.
