How to create your Calm Residences GAF

Requirements to keep in mind
Submit the form at least 1 day before your guest arrives. Guests can't move in until the Property Manager acknowledges it.
Attach at least one valid ID per guest (passport copy for foreigners).
Representatives submitting for the owner need a Special Power of Attorney (SPA).
Guests may use the pool for a fee (₱150 regular days / ₱300 holidays on the standard form); parking is not provided for guests.
Some Greenmist buildings also accept guest registration through the Greenmist mobile app. Ask your PMO which one they use.

Is the Calm Residences Guest Authorization Form free?
Yes. Sign up free and get 50 credits (10 forms), plus 5 free credits every month. After that it's ₱20 per form, paid with GCash.
How early should I submit the form to Calm Residences?
The standard Greenmist form says it should be submitted at least one (1) day before your guest arrives, and guests may not move in until the Property Manager acknowledges it. Ask your PMO if your building needs more time.
What do my guests need?
