Is the Ohana Place Guest Authorization Form free?

How early should I submit the form to Ohana Place?

DMCI does not publish a fixed lead time for guests. Submitting 2–3 days before arrival is a safe practice. Guests also register at the guard house with a valid ID.

What do my guests need?

A valid photo ID for each guest, presented at the guard house. Overnight stays should be reported to the Property Management Office.

Can I attach my guests’ IDs?

Yes. Add ID photos while filling in the form and each one becomes an extra page in the PDF. ID photos are never stored on our servers.

Is this the official Ohana Place form?

DMCI does not publish a guest authorization form, so this creates a clear guest authorization letter addressed to the Ohana Place Property Management Office. This site is not affiliated with DMCI Homes.
